Inventory menu should be bug free and currently working.
Saving of items should work on the windows download but not on the HTML version.
WARNING- The game will change pretty drastically from now on and there is a good chance that the save files will stop working in the future
Sorry in advance and I'm not sure how to fix that yet. If you ask I can always send an older download of the game though.
